1. Late Winter Middleton Place Plantation Engagement Session

Sweeping plantations are always a big draw when it comes to anything romantic. Plantation weddings, plantation engagement sessions, even the perfect spot for the perfect date. Tennessee wedding photographer Erin Morrison Photography recently journeyed down to the magnificent Middleton Place Plantation for a late winter plantation engagement session that took advantage of the gorgeous rays cast by the raising sun. Starting out on the sprawling lawn of a perfectly southern brick estate, the couple snuggled up as the wind drew gusty breezes off the banks of the Ashley River. Sun flare filled each frame in a delicious way, while the wind made for some wonderfully romantic moments. No trip to a plantation would be complete without heading to the gigantic live oaks, all of which are draped with ever iconic Spanish Moss, a total must for portraits. To inject some true winter vibes into their late winter plantation engagement session, our cozied up couple brought along a uniquely cool oversized winter wedding bouquet from Tennessee florist Lisa Foster Floral Design Studio. To create the winter bouquet, Lisa Foster...

  2. Ship Wrecked Inspired Romantic Styled Beach Engagement Session Along The Florida Shoreline

Just in time to get us ready for Valentine's Day, this dreamy sunset styled romantic beach engagement session from Tennessee wedding photographer Rae Marshall Weddings is the perfect engine rev! Set along the Florida shoreline, the team created a simple yet powerful setting that was highlighted by the setting sun. To dial up the romance, Leelee's Blooms worked with drippy greens from the rose dotted garland that lined the step ladder to the Amaranthus which was the perfect accent to the beach swept floral arrangements. The final piece to the puzzle with a loose fitting burgundy dress that danced on the wind paired with loose lock beachy hair. The end result is simple beach engagement session with a lot of heart that shows just how perfect a few key pieces truly is!

  3. Rustic Chic Outdoor Winter Wedding In Kensington Park Michigan

With winter finally making its presence known on the east coast this past weekend, today's gorgeously styled winter wedding inspiration from Missouri wedding photographer Spencer Studios could not be more timely! Set into the deep woods of Kensington Park Michigan, Meghan along with a crew of talented Michigan wedding vendors hiked up a hill in 2 feet of snow just to make this styled winter wedding come alive! Wedding event planner Shelbi Britton along with GoIzzy Custom Event Design helped shape the overall look and feel of the stylized shoot which featured the perfect rentals from A Touch Of Whimsy Events. The inspiration behind the shoot as a whole was a simple idea, a gorgeous lady in a big poofy dress running through the snow! Once the team had their Jim Hjelm gown in hand, the rest feel into place. Wanting to harness and evoke the beauty that is the holiday color palette, the team set to work focusing on a sophisticated variation of holiday red & greens. A vintage wood table & chairs were brought to serve as a focal point for the table setting while vintage hard sided suitcases & lanterns were used...

  4. Rich Bohemian Hues Influence This Middle Eastern Wedding Inspiration

There's simply no way you can give me tons of gorgeous organically lush garden detailing when it comes to styling a wedding and not expect me to pepper it throughout the feature! Inspired by her time while living in Egypt, Virginia wedding photographer Simply Green Photography wanted to pull together a wonderfully stylish Middle Eastern wedding complete with all sorts of wedding decor pieces picked up during her time abroad. The goal was a chic outdoor wedding with a bohemian spirit that embraced the darker more earth rich hues of the culture. Starting with a handmade Moroccan rug as a base, the team utilized an eclectic wood table to feature the heart of their styling. An organic and eco-friendly tablescape was created featuring etched gold chargers topped with robin's egg blue dinner plates, a feminine addition in the form of a lace runner and my personal favorite piece to it all, a bevy of terracotta potted plants & blooms arranged by florist The Proper Petal. With a Middle Eastern wedding in mind, a traditional white wedding dress simply didn't fit the bill, instead our gorgeous bride donned a stunning...
