Being an island apart could not keep Rosella Leonhardt & Dane Wicker from destiny! Both living on the island of Oahu, their paths eventually crossed leaving Rosella with one big impression... "I'm gonna get him one day..." One day came 9 years later, after having been together the moment they met, yet also achieving many milestones individually! Embracing the Hawaiian spirit & beauty, they married in a lush multi-terrace garden overlooking an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Opting for a non-traditional ceremony set up, guest chairs were organized into a spiral, positioning guests to warmly embrace the couple in a ring of love as they married. Playing on the garden setting, wanting to inject some more vintage & rustic elements, the couple utilized chalkboards, wine corks, & Rosella's father's 1924 Ford Model-T for portraits! We're loving this explosion of purple infused Hawaiian garden wedding & swooning over our groom's reaction to making it official!
Sometimes that job you took in high school just might lead you to the love of your life, which is exactly what happened in Elisabeth Frakes & Chris Landry's case. While working at Abercrombie, our couple formed a bond which then lead to marriage! Chris's proposal happened high in the skies, spelling out "Will you marry me" on the ground, then taking Elisabeth up in a plane to see! With such a stellar proposal, only a luxury Dallas wedding would do! Marrying at the Covenant Church, Elisabeth & Chris were then swept off in a gorgeous Rolls, heading to their fuchsia light reception featuring tall floral centerpieces, floating candle illuminares & a stunning textured tiered cake with a to die for real rose mid layer! Rounding out their evening, was a photo booth complete with awesome props & a sparkler sendoff!

There is so much lovely going on in this wedding I am not sure where to start! Our adorable couple, Tamara Unruh & Steve Fitchner, decided to spend their day surrounded in burlap & lace! Such a fun, vintage inspired pairing of textures, which does wonders for setting a romantic stage. Our couple incorporated many DIY projects into their overall aesthetic to achieve their rustic chic look. The aisles where lined with tall vases filled with stones, flowers & floating candles while guests were treated to a gorgeous spread of tasty treats & baked goods. As they made their way around, guest were directed to leave love notes for our couple in a well styled display featuring a vintage type writer, moss covered initials, old school vintage suitcases, and so much more! Perhaps however the most shocking detail of note, our poor bride's mother actually fell and broke her hip the day before the wedding!! Having the good fortune of being released the morning of the wedding, she was escorted by an ambulance & medics in order to be able to attend her daughter's wedding! Swoon & Pin away my friends!

I cant exactly put my finger on it, but there is just something I adore so very much about this wedding. I first came across Alison Koepke & Tyler Rienas because of their lovely engagement photos. Upon speaking with Andrea of Andrea Ball Photography, I came to know that their wedding had just occurred and it was a keeper, for sure! I simply can not get enough of our bride & groom's style, from the lace dress & gibson tucked hair to Tyler's simple thin suspenders. Opting out of a traditional wedding cake, Alison & Tyler served ever tasty various pies in the freshest of fruits! Perhaps my utmost favorite piece to this bohemian chic wedding is a simple decor element in the form of lace dream catchers, sweetly dancing along the top of the gazebo line. Our clever couple repurposed needle point frames, installing mix matched lace, allowing them to hang & sway in a dream catcher like state framing Alison & Tyler during their ceremony. Ah young love and their creative energies & stylish ways!
