Today's feature from South Carolina florist and wedding designer Culpepper Designs is pretty much a checklist for what I am loving these days. Gorgeous white washed industrial locale, generous overflowing floral arrangements topped heavy with lush greens, a slightly boho feel, all done with a chic refined hand! Shoot on location by the artful eye of wedding photographer Anna Duncan Photography at Southern Bleachery, the team crafted a world of sophistication in an eco-chic palette of mixed greens, soft ivory with dashes of pink. A rustic wood table served as a focal point, set with a tablescape that drew on gold detailing in the form of candle sticks, trays and metal work pieces intermixed with high and low centerpieces, giving the table the perfect amount of drama. Gold chargers and flatware for each place setting perfectly played off the dreamy tablescape while handcrafted wood Mr & Mrs signs complimented the stately rustic wood table. Hair & Makeup Artist Cotton Rouge did a gorgeous job giving each girl a unique yet wonderfully cohesive look that played up the modern boho feel of the open back wedding dresses and gorgeous 2 piece wedding dress creation. The shoot overall is simply beyond, something I know I can't wait to pin every moment of and savor!

When something dark and dreamy comes my way I always get a little more excited. Weddings are always thought of as white, bright, and full tilt classic storybook. The problem is that that particular mindset only truly appeals to a selection of bride, not everyone. I am delighted to be able to share a bridal session that features wonderfully moody bridal style that is inspired by a fairy tale with a bit of edge photographed by Magdalene Photography. This beauty is shoot on location at the secret garden like oasis of Flora Flowershop in Door County, Wisconsin. Featuring a voluminous Mori Lee wedding dress from I Do Bridal of sparkling tulle, our bride begins her journey in a gathered cathedral veil crafted to create a hair fascinator like effect. As the shoot progresses, our bride trades in her more formal veil for a wild and free organic floral crown. Her loose flowing locks and darker makeup by A&A Artistry, pick up on the more sultry dramatic cues, giving us relief from the more storied white weddings we see so often. This moody bridal session is a delight, something I know will appeal to all brides looking for an alternative to the standard weddings we see each day.
If the idea of a white wedding is something you crave, but working out how to execute it in a manner other than something Billy Idol would be proud of eludes you, I have a feeling today's utterly dreamy St. Regis Deer Valley Utah tent wedding will inspire every bit of you! Nestled into the mountains that surround Park City, Utah wedding photographer Pepper Nix Photography captured one of the more romantic tent weddings we've seen. The beauty to the wedding, working with a color palette that was all about crisp white! Cara & Jay, wanting to work with a fresh clean slate, opted to use a clear tent for their reception. By filling the tent with long wood reception tables, the couple created a unique mirror effect that bounced off their clear surroundings. This effect was then echoed off the long table lines by hanging glass candle filled bubbles from above. On the tables below, Utah florist L Floral Studio utilized a mix of scabiosa, ranunculus, anemone, stock, roses, lisianthus, allium and more, set in clusters down the center of the table, creating an 'up in the clouds' like feel for the guests. The final piece to the puzzle were the gorgeous cut branches that hang from above, injecting the most perfect organic feel, accented by low light humming chandeliers. A tent wedding can be such a gorgeous playground...

Italy is simply one of those places that inspires endless wanderlust dreams. From falling in love to romantic getaways to trips of a lifetime and European weddings, the romantic notion that is Italy is simply everything! Jenna & Cory felt much the same way and saw the perfect opportunity to combine an amazing Italian Tuscan getaway with just a few of their closest into a chic, intimate Florence Italy wedding. The beauty to Jenna & Cory's Tuscan wedding is in the elegance and simplicity. Nestled into Villa Torricella cobble stone courtyard, the couple enlisted the aid of Italian wedding planners Getting Married In Italy to craft the perfect al fresco wedding. Folding wood chairs were adorned with lace ribbons, while potted plants and a stucco archway framed the couple with the most picturesque hillside backdrop. After the ceremony guests joined the couple for a private dinner in a setting that is easily filed under Italy wedding dreams set under an ivy canopy! While the choice wedding details were absolute perfection, it was Jenna & Cory's own wedding style that truly made it everything. From the long sleeve open back lace wedding dress & stunning tassel heels to Cory's trim fit tux, their wedding is the style, sophistication and ease that makes an Italy wedding swell with so much wanderlust!
