These two just evoke “high school sweethearts” don’t they? Prior to seeing their questionnaire, we had them pegged for it and lo and behold, Emily and Danny indeed are. Their ease with one another in A Nomadic Love’s beautiful captures and their relaxed vibes say it all, that they’ve been a staunch feature in each other’s lives for an established amount of years. Their engagement session frolicking on Black’s Beach in San Diego looks like something out of a magazine editorial. The moody, subdued weather with their casual beachwear and earthy tones make their round of photos so eye-catching and so California.
How did you meet?
High school sweethearts! We have basically grown up together since age 16 and 17.
What is your proposal story?
Danny took me to a beach we used to frequent as teenagers. We used to call it “our secret spot.” Its pretty secluded, so we had an almost private viewing of the sunset and he got down on one knee, just us two!
Tell us about the ring/band.
The ring was a complete surprise, and he did a really good job! He picked out a radiant cut diamond set highly on a dainty yellow gold diamond infinity band.
