Anna & Louis’ simple but powerful elopement included slight rustic details that easily comprised the free-spirit mood that they were going for. A dynamic duo – Diana Frohmueller (photographer) and Lars Neumann Media (videographer) captured the intimate moments of their vow exchange as they stood on the mountain edge. Milles Fleurs‘ floral pieces and Anna’s dress from Cosmopolka Wedding Dresses completed the look of the intimate ceremony by incorporating boho hints.
The couple wanted an elopement that resembled their pure and raw love and Freier Redner Karim Yahiaoui (event planner) helped them create just that.

How did you meet?

We met young when we were kids. Mostly when we were swimming and in the city when we were out with our families.

What is your proposal story?

We don’t have one really! We knew we belonged together. After one date, we fell in love with each other and from that day on, we were together and now we we will have a baby in two months.

Tell us about your attire choices.

It needed to be warm and comfortable. Even my belly needed to fit into the dress. We knew it would be very cold on the mountains and probably even raining. The dress should be easy to clean as well. It was a very quick and easy thing. I just tried three dresses and the last one was mine! Louis felt very comfortable in his suit. We were fine with grey jeans and a blue jacket. Our boots made everything complete.

What were your favorite parts of the day? (memories and stories)

The ‘getting ready’ was really great at the Hearts Hotel. The team around us, especially our photographer, made every wish come true. Our first look was so amazing to see each other. In the middle of the day, we had a speaker who read a little story about us and at the end of the day, we had a really nice sunset. After all, we had a nice, cozy bath together and ended up falling asleep arm in arm. Just perfect.

Do you have any advice for couples planning their weddings now?

Do whatever you want to do. If you just want be by yourself, than do it. Wear whatever you want to wear. Nothing is wrong. It is only your day and there is no right or wrong. What you want counts!
