This styled shoot was created at The Everett West which offers a clean, and modern space, with skylights and bright natural light. They have a garden patio, which offers versatility in having an indoor and outdoor space for your events. This styled shoot was inspired by moody, rich tones. Different textures and lighting, which bring a romantic and relaxing feel to any celebration.
With velvets and lovely Edison lighting, plush lounges and warm, yet bright florals and colors, the team really wanted to show the versatility of an Urban space; rather than being modern. We love how they really showed how you can warm up a concrete palette and soften the overall feel and create an alluring setting. We love how their ultimate goal was collaboration. At the end of the day they are all artists, and it was important to showcase all of our talents as a team.
The couple is a real couple, which we love so much! They were perfect for this, we can tell that the chemistry is more apparent and evident. They were sweet and their adoration showed.
From the photographer: Some of my favorite memories of the day was witnessing them open up and become more comfortable, really adding to the emotion that the photographer captured. This color palette and mood can certainly be used and incorporated for any season, and at any venue. We really wanted that to showcase to couples that rich-moody tones are stunning for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Describe your flowers.
The flowers were to die for! Orange lilies, chrysanthemums, greenery, pampas grass, dahlias and roses, to just name a few. The ceremony arch was adorned with a variety of these fresh, in season blooms. The table has minimal gold vases featuring the varieties of these blooms.
Describe your cake.
We wanted a simple, classic cake, and to showcase a lovely dessert table. Delicious bites, but a small cake to provide the ceremonial cake cutting.
Tell us about your attire choices.
Flowy, romantic and comfortable, with a bit of a flair with the leather jacket. The couple was more of a laid back pair, and we wanted to display that but also provide some romantic flair to the attire. The florist created a darling floral headpiece to provide a boho/natural pop to the bride.
Describe the tablescape elements.
Warm, lush velvets with cool and fresh florals and place settings. The place settings were all in a different tone, providing some versatility and conversation to the table. We wanted to provide family style seating to fit well with the overall aesthetic.
