Like most people getting proposed to, Giulia was completely unaware of Marco’s charming plan to propose to her. Her “secret date” turned into heading down an alleyway that will now forever be ingrained in their story. The pair “happened upon” a luscious, dried flower installation by Daisy Studio and Marco propped her in front of it and knelt down with the big question. Check out Serena Genovese’s photos below for the happy result. Congrats to the love birds!

How did you meet?

We were introduced by a mutual friend on an evening in Jesolo! After that, for a year we didn’t see each other again until Marco came to play football here in San Stino and started courting me. After a while I gave in and after the first date, we never left each other!

What is your proposal story?

Marco took me to a secret place, in an alley, where we found a nice set-up, but I never thought it was for me. At one point he stopped me, knelt down and asked me to marry him with a fabulous ring. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I immediately said yes obviously.

Tell us about the ring/band.

Well, the ring is absolutely UNIQUE and made in Italy.  The name is Crown from In The Stone Jewels. It is a 2.23ct of a salt and pepper diamond ring plus 0.24ct of white diamonds on an 18k rose gold band.
