*A word from Melissa of Pretty Swell Parties about how this wonderful team arrived at this sweetly styled shoot focusing on crafting an environment for wedding guests that tug at their dancing heart strings!

“The Cator Woolford Gardens is a popular wedding venue in Atlanta, known for their beautiful outdoor space.  But for this shoot, we wanted to show how cool their indoor space, The Atrium, can look— especially at night when the windows become mirrors reflecting everything inside.  Nothing makes a wedding more beautiful than a bride and groom who are actually having fun on their wedding day, so the inspiration here was “No standing, only dancing.” We focused on the two best parts of a wedding reception: dancing and dessert.  Captured by the incredible Robin Nathan of Robin Nathan Photography, the Atrium was transformed with vibrant fringe, strings of lights and mercury glass votives.”

“Juli Vaughn of Juli Vaughn Designs contributed so much fabulous decor to this shoot including the bride’s stunning purple bouquet, the charming DIY moss silhouettes , the “No Standing” chalk board sign, the terrarium centerpieces, and other florals.  Lauren from Sugar Style Events, created the amazing dessert table, which featured some stand-out sweets including home-made grape jello, that was just the most perfect shade of purple, and also absolutely delicious!  The bride’s gorgeous makeup and hair done by Claudia Mejerle combined with the  fun and flirty dress from Mod Cloth, gave her a look perfect for dancing all night with her adorable groom.”
