This Molly Margaret Photography gives a nice, cool break from the sweltering heat for us. Located in Denver, these lovebirds are really working her camera and the love and adoration between them emanates so strongly. Alicia and Kyle only have eyes for each other, and naturally, their cute pups as well that also make an appearance much to our delight. Peruse through this endearing e-session; we promise that you’ll find yourself grinning from ear to ear when you check them out.

How did you meet?

We met in our first professional job out of college. We were hired by the same company, and ended up working on a project together in the beautiful country of Peru. We had a small team, and immediately people tried to set us up, but we actually had more of a “frenemy” work relationship at the beginning. Both of us would call home and complain about our difficult “colleague”, and both of our moms have since told us they could tell we really just liked one another. After about a year and half, we finally started dating!

What is your proposal story?

We dated for a long time, about 6 years before Kyle proposed. One day, when I was having a fun girls weekend with my best friends from college, Kyle planned a day of whitewater rafting for everyone. At the end of the trip, there was a big bar-b-que where Kyle pulled me aside and proposed in front of all of our closest friends. I was 100% surprised and literally had no idea it was coming.

Tell us about the ring/band.

Solitaire round cut diamond, set with 6 prongs. It was actually handcut sometime before the year 1919. It sits on a rose gold band with pavé-set diamonds that encircle the ring.
