This one’s for the Italian-inspired bride! This Tuscan-inspired editorial draws inspiration from Mediterranean color palettes and traditions. With vibrant greenery, eucalyptus and lemons as decorative statement pieces and set against a Spanish style mansion, this styled shoot takes us into Tuscan territory in the quintessential warmth of Vermont.

What was your design inspiration?
Tuscan warm colors, textures and earthy tones. I wanted to bring the beautiful qualities of a wedding in the Tuscan country side to Vermont. When I first saw the venue River Road Farm, I was in complete awe of its architecture. It felt as though someone brought Spanish and Italian design and architecture into rural Vermont. The seating was arranged as an ode to the family style set up of Italian events who celebrate love and gathering in large groups to share a meal and celebrate.
Describe your flowers.
The flowers were based on greenery such as eucalyptus to feel organic, earthy and like a beautiful summer day.
Describe the tablescape elements.
The tables were decorated with long lush greenery runners, touches of lemons added a seacoast aspect to the design, while long taper candles evoked the feeling of a perfect summer night by the Italian coast.
