Ready for another bewitching editorial? We’re relishing in all things fall and (of course) all things Halloween right now. One of our favorite holidays of the year inspires so many illustrious vendor teams to create captivating shoots and this chic farmstead Halloween wedding inspiration was exclusively made for this time of year.
Wild Heart Films shares the devilishly good details of the day in this Williamsburg, Virginia inspiration. This area of the United States is home to many sprawling lands, not to mention very antiquated and full of tales. Carlton Farms was the perfect spot for that with its historic background and moody aesthetic. The deep colors of Mulberry Cottage Events’ beautiful flora brought the color while the rest of the scenes stayed muted. The tablescape sought to stay dark and devoid of color, only allowing small bursts of burgundy or gold throughout.
The penultimate moments of the shoot added some life with brightly colored smoke contrasting against the bride and groom’s dark blue and red attire and their bridesmaid’s black macrame frock. It was imperative to keep the editorial haunting, and we think this inspiration certainly succeeded.
